Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with anyone. 9400 will never ask for your password via email or any external channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password as soon as possible.

Identity verification may be required before processing certain transactions, including fund withdrawals. Requested documents may include a national identity card, proof of address, or other relevant documentation.
